It is molded as a crouching mythical beast and is all covered with a turquoise glaze, at the exception of the base. The base bears several collector labels: ‘#93 par leges acostados’, ‘Kang-Hsi 1662-1727’ and ‘Verde-Turquesa’.

- formerly the property of Otto Gürgen, a German prominent industrialist in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in the 1930s (by repute).
