In the garland style, millegrain-set throughout with old brilliant and rose-cut diamonds, surrounding a pear-shaped cabochon sapphire, suspended from a later belcher-link chain, mounted in 18K gold, diamonds approximately 0.40ct total, French assay mark, pendant length (including bale): 4cm
** Please note that the sapphire weighing approximately 7.50cts was verbally tested at GCS laboratory in London in January 2017, and was tested natural, basaltic origin.
