A COMPOSED GEORGE III IRISH THREE PIECE SILVER TEA SERVICE, Dublin 1807, the teapot mark of John Pittar, the cream jug and sugar bowl with different maker's mark (rubbed), each piece of shaped rectangular baluster form, with bright cut neo classical decoration including laurel wreathes, angular handles, and raised on four ball feet, the teapot with cast naturalistic flower head finial, (c.1197.4g all in). The teapot 28.5cm wide over handle and spout. (3)
