A PAIR OF SMALL CIRCULAR COUNTER TRAYS, 19th century, bearing Lyon & Twinam mark of "TL", and with pseudo Dublin hallmarks for 1806, of circular form, the central reserve surrounded by a raised fluted band (c.2 troy ozs all in). 11cm diameter
These are part of a caché of items alluded to in "The Lyon & Twinham Forgeries" report by Paul V.A Johnson, "The Proceedings of The Silver Society", and available for download on the website of The Goldsmiths' Company, London.
