Sarah Purser HRHA1848 - 1943

Sarah Purser studied at the Academie Julian 1878-79 which was unusual for an Irish woman at the time.There she met and became friends with artists of many nationalities including Swiss student Louise Breslav with whom she became a lifelong friend.
