Biography

Formerly a Michelin-star chef and one of the founders of the infamous restaurant Roly Bistro, O'Daly decided to switch professions over 20 years ago to painting. Two main themes in his work are the interior spaces of urban life and the rural landscape, particularly around his home in West Cork.
