H. S Chancellor (Late 19th / Early 20th Century) West of Ireland Fair Oil on canvas, 43 x 52cm (16.9 x 20.5) There seems to be little information on this obviously talented artist. He exhibited at the RHA between 1891 - 1907, and at the New England Art Club in London from a variety of addresses in Dublin and London.
