Dale Chihuly (b.1941, American) Abstract Acrylic on paper, 146 x 97cm Signed Provenance: The present work was a gift from the artist to the current owner during an exhibition of his work at Lismore Castle Co. Waterford in 1995. In that year Chihuly participated in an event with Waterford Crystal which involved the making of his glass sculptural chandeliers at the Waterford Crystal factory which were then transported and placed on display at Lismore, in a rare celebration of 20th century art alongside period architecture.
