A witness affidavit from a member of the R.I.C. relating to a meeting outside Divine Service in Mayo, 26 Oct. 1919, when a Mr. Maguire and several other named men appealed for funds for the Dail Loan 'so as to secure true freedom for small nations,' etc. Printed form with printed and manuscript insertions, relating to the prosecution of Conor Maguire and three others. In an envelope postmarked 1941, addressed to Conor Maguire as President of the High Court, with postage stamps including the 1916/1941 commemorative stamp. Provenance: The Maguire Family.
