AN IRISH GEORGIAN SILVER PEAR SHAPED COFFEE POT, Dublin c.1780 (no date mark), mark of Alex Barry, the domed hinged lid with acorn finial, applied with plain 's' scroll handle and chased beaded and acanthus wrapped spout, the body with engraved foliate decoration, leafy swags and bearing crests to either side, one enclosing initials "RE", raised on stepped engraved circular foot.
