Antique Karadja carpet, Karadja district, N.W. Persia (Iran), Ca 1890-1900 Karadja and Heriz produced carpets of similar style but can be distinguished by certain weave features; this example with a single blue cotton weft and ''flat'' Turkish knot is from the Karadja district.
