A GEORGE IV SILVER DESSERT SET OF VINE-LEAF SHAPED DISHES, Sheffield 1829, mark of Robert Gainsford, comprising two large dishes and six smaller, each naturalistically formed as a vine leaf, with tapering vine handle and support, the smaller dishes also supported on two mollusc feet, the larger with three mollusc feet, each crested, (c.132 troy ozs all in). The larger dishes 30cm diameter, the smaller dishes 24cm diameter. (8)
