Trevor Geoghegan 1946 -

Born in London in 1946, Trevor Geoghegan studied at Worthing College of Art, Sussex and later at the Chelsea School of Art, London graduating in 1968.  He moved to Ireland in 1971, where he is now based and began lecturing in NCAD from 1978 - 2004 and currently he teaches a painting course at the Burren School of Art in Clare each year.  His paintings focus on the Irish landscape, inspired by the mountainous area around his home in Wicklow and the distinctive environment of the West of Irela Read more
