The Pearlmaster collection is one of the most recent additions to the Rolex fleet and was first launched in 1992. As a piece of jewellery and a timepiece, the Pearlmaster is exclusively crafted in 18K gold and set with gemstones. The gold variations include white, yellow, and Everose, while the gems used are diamonds, sapphires, or rubies. The gems embellish the dial, case, bezel, or bracelet, and can range from a sprinkling of diamonds to an extravagant full pavé-set. It is a new and feminine reinterpretation of Rolex's emblematic Datejust. Rolex's collection of jewelled timepieces is named after its Pearlmaster bracelet, which was created specifically for the line. Naturally, the bracelets are decorated with the iconic concealed Crownclasp. The Pearlmaster is Rolex at its most creatively flamboyant, and the family also represents some of the most expensive pieces in the entire portfolio.
